*Essentially we keep the same Cleaner, but if something unforeseen happens, we can change the date/time or we send another cleaning lady without prior notice. Generally, we send only one Cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could send more Cleaners if needed.

While we are pet lovers, pets may not always love us. While we clean it has been found that pets may become overly anxious, so we ask that you make temporary arrangements for your pets while we are in your home.
We like to offer one standard price for the entire project, that way our customers feel more comfortable without worrying about any hidden charges.
Most quotes are made from the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional services such as an inside oven cleaning or a balcony for example. The price also changes if you would like your house to be cleaned, weekly, biweekly or monthly!
Usually, our first-time client receives a deep cleaning and then a regular cleaning for maintenance. We make our estimate based on the information you provide to us, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If the customer like a more accurate quote we will meet with the client and walk through their home, to get to know better their needs!
Whether you’re at home during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or would like to leave a key somewhere or with someone, just please let us know before your scheduled appointment on how you would prefer for us to access your home. You can add detailed instructions on your account online or simply let us know by email, phone, or online chat. Also, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you’re most comfortable with. After all, we are here to serve you.
Keep in mind, if we can’t access the home for some reason, for instance, it’s locked, or if the house doesn’t have water, 50% of the cleaning will be charged. So please, make sure that our team can access it and water is available.
Yes, Brevard Home Cleaning is insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of when the appointment is completed either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us and/or texting us at 321-417-4646.
Our cleaners bring a travel wet/dry mop that will be used on non-carpeted areas. We also provide our own vacuum cleaner.
We use and provide supplies and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your apartment, with a few exceptions.
We know that sometimes you have your favorite product and we are happy to use your items if provided by you and it doesn’t affect the quality of the service. These items should be left out in clear view for our cleaning staff and accompanied by directions on their use.
