We both work from home offices but we also have guest rooms that we rarely use; we were really pleased with how the company worked with us to price our unique setup. We started with a deep clean to get to a nice base level and now we have weekly standard cleaning, which is perfect for us. They finished our 3k sq ft, 4 bed 4 bath home in 3 hours and with absolute attention to detail. They cleaned places I didn't even realize needed to be cleaned. The biggest concern for me in our home is our tile/hardwood floors throughout. With two adults, two young children, and two big dogs, these floors can get dirty pretty quick and I don't have the time to mop them as often as I would like. These ladies made them feel and look brand new! Another note I want to make is that our previous cleaning companies would use cleaners that had such a strange, off-putting smell to them. Whatever these ladies used today smells absolutely wonderful. Lastly, anytime I hire a new cleaning company, I plant a few items in spots to see if they truly do a thorough cleaning. I put a hair tie under our bed, a toy under our cabinet, and a coin under one of our couches. These ladies found them all! So I know they are definitely doing their job. I don't know what else to say other than how happy we are. They were professional, efficient, kind, and skilled. Highly recommend. We will continue to use them every month. read less

Frankly, I thought I might have scared them away. But they came and gave us estimates. My wife loved Ericarla, and had a good feeling about the company. The first cleaning was a thorough deep cleaning and I mean thorough. They worked hard and smart. The result was excellent. The other company we tried sent us people who were sloppy, and never stayed more than 90 minutes to two hours to clean a 3000 sf, two story home!! The ladies from Brevard were just the opposite. They clearly wanted to satisfy us and they did. We had our first regular cleaning yesterday and it was great. Unfortunately, due to several mental and physical health issues—the task at hand was overwhelming, on top of having six cats and four parrots (all rescues), our mother-in-law and her dog also lives with us. The dirt was getting out of hand. I felt like I needed an entire reset on my home but knew that I did not have it in me to be able to do it. Or at least, I knew that if I started now, it would take weeks, possibly months to go through each room, and that by the time I finished everything would no doubt be dirty again.So, my partner and I decided we needed to hire professional house cleaning services. We had difficulty at first, as half the services we called and scheduled with before hand not only didn't show up…but didn't communicate why they didn't show. It was almost two weeks of me on the phone and in emails, when I looked through Google Reviews for the fifth time (and close to the final) and saw Brevard Home Cleaning. With 200+ five-star reviews, I was already interested.As I read through the reviews, one of the things that really stuck out to me was the story a reviewer had of how the cleaners had even stopped to polish and clean the antique silver spoons on a coffee station. I was impressed and reached out to Ericarla and her business via their Contact form on their website.The response was prompt, and Ericarla, unlike the other cleaning companies, was upfront about the general estimate of base costs. She was also extremely friendly and professional to speak to. We arranged for a consultation and met in person where we found her to be excellent in person, friendly, and wonderful to chit-chat with.She asked us if we had a time and date in mind, and we told her that whatever time she has an opening would be fine with us. She told us she would contact us and let us know.Within 12 hours she contacted us again to ask if Sunday was ok. Sunday just happened to be 3 days after she had been to our home for consultation. We were amazed, and grateful for her fitting us in so fast.On Sunday, two cleaners arrived at our home. Since we have high ceilings and haven't been able to clean on top of the shelves placed near there (like indents), and lack anything other than a step stool, I requested if it was possible if they could clean both. The ladies arrived with a brand-new ladder, tall enough to reach the spaces we couldn't, and what appears to be more cleaning supplies than I have ever seen in my life. They were well prepared!We had a bit of a moment where we realized we didn't speak the same language, but luckily, Google Translate had us on the same level in moments.When I tell you that my house is cleaner now than when I moved in….that my house is possibly cleaner than any space I have ever lived in, I am not joking. These two went above and BEYOND. Every little detail was seen too.This attention to every little detail in cleaning was then carried out to my bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room and if I listed every little amazing thing, they cleaned this review would be even longer than ever.Speaking of long, my house was such a mess that the ladies cleaning were unable to finish everything in one day—which is 100% O.K. with me—and promised to come back to finish the job. I am not upset at all, the work they've done so far and almost finished is superb.Would I recommend Brevard Home Cleaning?YES! 100 times YES. I wish that I could convey the mental and physical relief and wonder as well as amazement I currently have, looking at my home.
